As an Associate Partner at TaxGenius Consulting Limited, he contributes to the firm’s tax, accounting, compliance, and financial advisory practices, supporting clients in addressing their financial and regulatory obligations and strengthening their overall financial management.
Adeyemi works closely with business owners, management teams, and finance professionals to help organizations understand their tax obligations, improve financial processes, maintain appropriate financial records, strengthen compliance frameworks, and make better-informed financial decisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Finance and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). His academic and professional background provides a strong foundation in finance, taxation, financial analysis, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
He is currently further advancing his academic and professional expertise as a PhD candidate in Finance, deepening his knowledge of financial management, finance research, taxation, and contemporary business and economic issues.
At TaxGenius Consulting Limited, Adeyemi supports tax advisory and compliance engagements, including the review of clients’ financial and tax positions, identification of potential compliance gaps, assessment of tax risks, and development of practical recommendations to address identified issues.
He also contributes to engagements involving financial analysis, reporting, process improvement, and business advisory, helping clients establish more effective financial processes, improve accountability, strengthen internal controls, and develop systems that support accurate reporting and continuous regulatory compliance.
